All orders received are processed, packaged and dispatched twice a week. Dispatch Policy

As this site uses a third party payment provider - currently Paypal, it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure correct delivery address details are up-to-date with the provider PRIOR to checking out. Details provided by the payment provider on behalf of the customer are used as the dispatch address for all orders received. 

Maid of Shade takes no responsibility and has no liability whatsoever for goods dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the payment provider on behalf of the customer. 

Any claims for refund as a result of an incorrect address provided by the payment provider on behalf of the customer will be void.

Domestic Orders

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

International Orders

International Orders are subject to additional postage charges as stated on each product page. Please Note - A Pay Pal invoice will be sent to you for the additional international postage charges  - which are calculated at cost.

International orders - please allow at least 14 to 21 business days via standard international regular post
