Returns are welcome subject to the following conditions:
* Any return, refund request &/or faulty product claims are made strictly within 28 days of purchase.
* Any such return(s) require the original sale receipt as proof of purchase along with a completed returns form.
* Any return postage is at the customers’ own expense
* Products that are found to be non-defective will incur a 10% Re-Stocking fee.
* The customer is responsible for the products during return transit.
* Maid of Shade has no responsibility whatsoever for any product(s) lost in transit for returns
Products should be returned via Express Post or Registered Mail, so the customer has a tracking record of any such return.
