Refunds & Returns

Returns are welcome subject to the following conditions :

  • Any return, refund request &/or faulty product claims are made strictly within 28 days of purchase.
  • Any return postage is at the customers’ own expense
  • Products that are found to be non-defective will incur a 10% Re-Stocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible for the products during return transit.
  • Maid of Shade has no responsibility whatsoever for any product(s) lost in transit for returns
  • Products should be returned via Express Post or Registered Mail, so the customer has a tracking record of any such return.
